Our services, which are described in more detail in the section on Services are all cost effective and are a fixed percentage of the amount in dispute.

The fundamental principle underlying each of our services is that most disputes and therefore most costs are involved in determining the facts and not the legal principles and the facts are best resolved by experts in the particular field.

Our expertise is principally in financial matters and our services are available to practising lawyers as well as litigants who may wish to avail themselves of alternatives to conventional court action with or without involving lawyers and independent experts.
